1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 7u7 platform and all services operated under it. By opening an account or using any service on 7u7, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

7u7 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. The Bengali version of the Terms shall be treated as the original legal document.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory to become a member of 7u7. The name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth entered during registration must be correct and must match your National ID card or passport.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonuses held.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

7u7 may at any time request a copy of a member's National ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address, to verify identity. 7u7 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until identity verification is complete.

• Clear photos of both sides of the National ID card
• Recent bank statement or utility bill (within the last 3 months)
• The name registered on the mobile wallet (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) must match the name on the account

3 Age and Eligibility

All casino and betting services on 7u7 are strictly for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.

3.1 Age Verification

At the time of registration you must confirm that you are over 21 years of age. If an account is created by providing a false age, that account will be cancelled and all deposited and winnings funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

7u7 operates primarily to serve users in Bangladesh. Access may be restricted from countries where such services are legally prohibited. Users bear full responsibility for complying with the applicable laws of their own country.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used for deposits on 7u7. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The payment method used for a deposit must be registered under the same name as the account — third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks) can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. This time may increase if identity verification is in progress or if a review is active on the account. For bank transfers, the relevant bank's business hours may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at 7u7, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement applicable to the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled may be withdrawn.
• A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active — exceeding this limit may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same device is prohibited.
• Bonuses are provided solely for the purpose of genuine play on 7u7 — if evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

7u7's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%. This cashback is calculated on the weekly net loss. Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on consistency and level of play activity.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, all bets take effect once confirmed. Odds may change at any time — the odds on a confirmed bet will not change. If a match is cancelled before it starts or at a scheduled time, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Live Betting

In live betting, 7u7's decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a bet due to internet delay will be considered final. 7u7 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated through third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are independently verified. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published in accordance with the relevant provider's information. In the event of a disconnection, the game outcome will be determined based on the data stored on the server.

6.4 Fishing Games and Special Games

For fishing games and other special games, the rules specific to each game apply. These rules can be found within the relevant game or in the game provider's guidelines.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any illegal purpose
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to hack, crack, or make any other unauthorised modification to the platform's software
• Artificially exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage (Bonus Abuse)
• Providing false information on your own or another person's account
• Harassing other members or making inappropriate contact through the platform
• Carrying out any activity that violates applicable law

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 7u7's Rights

7u7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Long-term inactive account (no transactions for 12 consecutive months)

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may request closure of their account at any time. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9 Data and Privacy

By registering an account, you give 7u7 permission to process your information for the purposes of service improvement, security verification, and fulfilling legal obligations. Transfer of information to third parties will only be done as required by law or under the conditions stated in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

7u7 believes that gambling or betting is a form of entertainment — not a means of income. The platform operates exclusively for members aged 21+. Members can set their own deposit limits, apply Self-Exclusion, or temporarily lock their account.

11 Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Submission Process

11.2 Technical Errors

11.3 Limitation of Liability

7u7 will not be held responsible for any bet or game that remains incomplete due to internet disconnection, power outage, or an issue with the user's device. In such circumstances, the data stored on the server will be considered final.

12 Changes to Terms

7u7 reserves the right to partially or fully change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

If any clause of these Terms is declared unlawful or unenforceable, that clause will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue to be fully valid and enforceable.
